There are many different foods, and our favourite temptations in the summer, but what should we do to maintain the strength of our bodies in the summer and what foods should be avoided in the summer:
Drink a lot of water
One of the most important factors in the summer is a lot of water. Doctors and nutrition experts recommend drinking at least 12 cups of water a day to keep the body hydrated and not get dehydrated.
Eat fresh fruits and juices
There is nothing more beautiful than fruits and natural juices in the summer season because they contain a lot of vitamins and minerals and provide the body with energy and vitality. However, we must not forget that it also contains sugar.
Eat vegetables:
You should eat more vegetables in the summer because they are among the snacks that strengthen immunity and contain antioxidants, and are full of many benefits such as vitamins and minerals that the body needs in the summer.
Doing sports and physical activities:
Exercising early in the morning because it stimulates the body to be active
Practising various sports in the summer such as: football, basketball
